Made-to-Order Vault V300 Ammo Inserts.
All of our Vault inserts are made to order, which allows us to ensure the best fit and finish for your specific needs. Standard production time is 3–5 business days before your order ships.

Materials & Durability
We manufacture our inserts using ASA or PETG filament, chosen based on the weight and durability requirements of the insert. PETG provides excellent impact resistance and flexibility for lighter applications, while ASA offers added strength and higher UV/weather resistance for heavier loads and long-term use. This way, your insert is built to perform in real-world conditions—whether on the range, in storage, or in transport.

Custom Caliber Inserts
Don’t see your caliber listed? No problem. We offer custom design services to create inserts tailored to your exact needs. If you request a custom design, please allow for an additional 2 business days on top of the standard 3–5 day production window. Our team will work closely with you to make sure the insert fits securely and meets your expectations.

delivery times www.wmprints.com also offers same day dispatch if placed before noon.

1. SHIPPING

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to

correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

www.wmprints.com is responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will ship a replacement at our expense if this occurs. that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the

local authorities.

5. RETURN REQUEST DAYS

www.wmprints.com allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 30 Days days. Kindly be advised that

the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused. You are entitled to a full refund of your purchase no questions asked if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

6. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing our site and placing an order you have willingly accepted the terms of this Shipping Policy.

7. We only ship to the USA, at this time we do not ship international. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
